Are Star Prints The New Floral?
Despite the print’s more spring-like association, florals can be surprisingly versatile – in fact, we’ve been loving all the fall takes on flowery prints that seem to transcend everything we would have normally thought about the seasonal style. However, we’re still hoping to branch out and explore more printed options that don’t look totally out of place once fall and winter are truly upon us. Star prints are tragically misrepresented in the trend department, but we think the whole celestial look will totally have its moment as we transition into the colder months. From quirky takes on the cocktail dress to daytime frocks with a hint of night-time romance, star-print dresses serve as a welcome break from the summer’s brighter-than-bright tribal prints and neon shorts! Ranging from varied galaxy prints to tiny, uniform prints that can almost be passed off as polka dots (but in a whimsically updated sort of way!), we’re so ready to look to the stars for inspiration this season!
