Honestly, I think I have tried every eye pencil that’s on the market. For the past few years, I’ve been using Sue Devitt’s Eye Intensifier Pencils. They’re amazing for that smokey smudged sultry look around the eye. As Terry Barber (director of makeup artistry for Mac Cosmetics) said in a fairly recent issue of the New York Times Style Section…”The look is coming home from the party, not going out to the party”. This is very exciting news since that’s been our look for years. My eyeliner is always smudged or smeared and not on purpose. Now I’m in style with my disheveled “coming home from the party” eye makeup!!! The smudger on the end works amazing!!!!!
My three favorite Sue Devitt color pencils are: Golden Triangle, Laos (bronze) and Gold Reef. All Devitt’s colors are fabulous.The Point Noir and Victoria Falls (black and navy) smudge before you can blink.There are nine great colors to choose from! You’ll definitely want to add the sharpener.
They’re water resistant and really give your eye that smokey smudgy look. I apply the pencil to my upper lid on the lash line and the bottom lower lash line, as well. The purple pencil looks liderrific with hazel eyes!

I love Sue Devitt products…I just wish they gave better customer service! I expect more from a high-end cosmetics line. Especially a smaller one. You’d think you would be treated to BETTER customer service! (I’ll tell you about it in a DM on Twitter)
