Sharing our favorite Pierre Hardy bags again! Thanks to Adam for the fabulous write-up on these ever-so striking and stylish bags! These bags are fabulously fun and will add pop to any outfit. Pierre Hardy’s latest bags are a must-have this fall. They’ll definitely add zest & zing to a monochromatic palette. Yours truly can’t decide which one to buy!!! Such a DILEMMA! I’m actually craving the sneakers, too!
1. The Cube Print Velvet Shoulder Bag:
This Italian-made, leather lined dynamo is composed of velvet with suede trim. It features a leather shoulder strap and gold colored metal chain. Its dimensions are compact, but ideal for light toting: 19 centimeters by 28 centimeters, with a depth of 4.5 centimeters.
2. Bag 61 Cube Print Velvet Shoulder Bag:
A miniature version of the first bag, this velvet/calfskin treat is slightly smaller: 15 centimeters by 22 centimeters by 3 centimeters. Its gold/blue/red cube pattern make it resemble the background graphics of the hardest level on the old school video game, Q*Bert.
3. Color Blocked Ponyskin Shoulder Bag:
This yummy bag features the same general contours and dimensions as bag #1 on our list — i.e. it boasts a magnetic snap button closure, external pocket, gold-colored metal chain, etcetera.But this confection is 100% calfskin, and its color scheme is less a “blast from the future” than it is a study in genteel construction. Its colors are lambent, but sturdy: strong golds, rippling beige and browns so bell-clear, you can almost hear the tintinabulation.
