Tis The Season To Light Candles

Tis the season to light candles and not just any candles. We’re referring to the slow burning “coveted” Diptyque candles. Even when they’re not lit their luscious scent fills the air. There are so many incredible scents to choose from…my fav being Tubereuse. We keep our candle nestled on the coffee table between the flowers, a collection of art books and yes, a huge candy bowl. The aroma and the glowing candle make my family room so inviting. The Diptyque Orange Chai Candle is another favorite of mine and so perfect for this time of year. It’s packaged so beautifully, too!

Diptyque candles just happen to make the perfect holiday gift or stocking stuffer especially for the “difficult to buy a gift for person”. I don’t know much about how candles are made…but just learned that the wax is distributed in such a way that a large Diptyque candle will burn evenly for 50-60 hours. That’s probably why they’re on the pricey side???? They’re also made with a lead free wick.

Diptyque candles are made in Paris and my favorite gift to bring back home. Love the signature logo on the front of the candle. FYI…the container makes a fabulous make-up brush holder when the candle is sadly finished.Click the link to indulge and be sure to view all the Diptyque goodies.
