I had to buy the oxford lace-ups and test them out. They were comfy enough but probably the ugliest shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. My hubby hated them. They eventually went on Ebay and believe it or not they sold. Fast forward…the oxfords are still ugly but combine a lived-in look with tolerable comfort.

That brings me to the boots which are getting a second look by me! I’ve decided to share a few of my favorite’s as seen above and my recent purchase…the Zip-Back Ankle Boots. Had a very hard time choosing between the Suede Back Zip Ankle Boots, the Burnished Back-Zip Ankle Boots, the Lace-Up Ankle Boots, the Suede Lug Sole Back Zip, The Pull-On Ankle Boots and the Buckled Ankle Boots but the zip-back ankle boots won out! Marsell boots have a certain look and definitely do not appeal to everyone.They’re funky, have a worn-in look and are anything but feminine. We’d pair any of these boots with jeans, leggings and skirts. Have fun experimenting with looks for these “different” shoes and boots.You may get used to them and find yourself a Marsell devotee like me.
