The last few days all we’ve been talking about is fashionable holiday gifts and stocking stuffers. What we’ve neglected to mention is one of my favorite holiday gifts…candy and cookies. (I could dish (no pun intended) about candy all the time) Many of us are invited to holiday dinners and parties. My favorite hostess gifts are gourmet chocolates and goodies from BarneysNY. They’re beautifully packaged with bows and divine treats. Once the candy is served…the party is getting started. My problem…I’d rather enjoy any of these gourmet treats than real food. I can never resist “the chocolate temptation”. There’s nothing more delightful (part of a Xmas song) than sharing delicious food, good wine, a roaring fire complimented by a Gourmet Chocolate Jar filled with mixed chocolate dipped pretzels and cookies. While I’m a carmelaholic…these goodies still work quite well for me, too. There’s still time to shop these delights right here on AFGG.
