This has been a favorite boot of mine for the past few years. What I love about Givenchy’s Shark-Tooth “pant-leg” ankle boots (they also make a knee size) are how great they look with pants or leggings tucked into the boots. So many times when pants are tucked into boots they rise and don’t work. These are the perfect pant-leg/leggings boot. Don’t get me wrong these “versatile” boots look great with skirts, dresses and jeans, too. The boots are made of smooth black calfskin (or black suede) and feature the signature polished silvertone shark tooth turn-lock. The boots are simple looking with tons of style. I’m so impressed with everything Givenchy. The collections from the last few seasons are edgy and chic. Years ago we wouldn’t even look at Givenchy. Getting back to the boots...the wedge heel is covered in leather and approximately 3.5″ with a concealed zipper on the side. Every fall season I invest in one great pair of boots that I can wear for season’s to come. A pair of leather ankle boots is a must-have staple in my book.
