While I’m totally obsessed with anything that has fringe hanging from it (scarves, dresses, shoes, hats, even beach bags), it’s no wonder I’m obsessed with the cropped 3 x 1 jeans. They are actually more cropped in person. My daughter turned me onto them. (she’s wearing them in a photo on Instagram) They’re beyond cool, slightly edgy, and I love the color denim…the perfect lighter wash. While I’m not sure, they make a size big enough for me, or if my butt slides easily in them, I’ve taken the plunge and ordered them. FYI…the jeans are also available in a dark blue wash, white, black and mulberry denim. The actual name of this style is 3 x 1 Stella…denim straight crop jeans styled at the hem with fringe and slight whiskering (whatever that means…aren’t whiskers for cats?) The jeans feature five-pocket style, silvertone hardware, and a button fly.
During the day I wear Stella McCartney for Adidas leggings with Golden Goose sneakers (can never have too much comfort) but I’m ready to trade them in for these fabulous jeans. As I stated, I like to be comfortable in whatever I wear even if I have to wiggle my body into something. Don’t you hate when you have to lie down to button your jeans or do a dance around the room to get them on? I’m hoping that won’t be the case as I love these jeans with the fringe bottoms. I’ve been wearing Amo denim for the last two years (the dark wash ankle twist), but it’s time to move on to something more unique and exciting. Many Amo denim styles are on sale!
