Spring is here, and I love easy to wear pieces. Although the weather in Boston dictates that I’ll still be wearing a warm puffer, gloves and a scarf for a few more weeks, I’m anticipating the warmer weather to come. Hard to believe we still have snow on the ground and its freezing! However, that hasn’t stopped me from picking out a few of my faves in hopes of warmer weather. I’m sharing the perfect hanging around look as the weather begins to change for the better! If you live in the Northeast, warm temps seem so far away, but better weather is supposedly around the corner. (so I’ve been told) Although there is no designated “it” bag this season, one of my favorites is Alexander Wang’s bucket bag with crystal studding giving an edgy look when paired with a frayed pair of cropped DL 1961 denim wide leg jeans.
All these street style pieces look super cool together, or they can be worn separately with so many other pieces you already have in your wardrobe.That’s why I love this funky collection. Obviously, the forest green faux leather moto-chic jacket, the jean shorts or the four chain link earrings can be worn with anything. Embellishments are a huge trend for spring. Embellished edgy jeans with patches and appliques reign supreme this season. Appliques, Patches and studding detail give a new vibe to this season’s jeans, shorts, jackets and more. Faux leather and real leather jackets continue to be super strong along with metallic boots and sandals which add zing to any outfit. Ready to start shopping?
