You need to be sure you’re getting your money’s worth, so do some digging before you sign a renovation contract! Don’t skimp on this step, especially if you’re impatient to get started. The more you know before you hire someone, the better the entire project will turn out. 
Work with an Artist
If you’re truly stuck for an idea about layout, budget, and what needs to change to be more luxurious, work with an artist who can capture the idea just by listening to you. Human beings tend to be great at understanding each other, but if the person on the other side of the conversation already knows how perspective works, and how to play with lighting, it’s even better! Once you make your decisions which isn’t always easy, you’ll feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
You don’t have to stick with one artist either. You can work with a few until you get the image you’re looking for in front of you.
