Spring has sprung! …Which – in terms of fashion trends – has historically meant the reign of brighter-than-bright neons, maxi dresses galore, espadrilles of varying heights, and of course, plenty of colorblocking. But does colorblocking by definition actually need to be colorful? Not according to the latest spring trend!
Neutral colorblocking is big for the season ahead, springing up (ha, ha) in the form of shoes, bags, lightweight sweaters, dresses and more! Jumping on winter’s black-and-white colorblocked bandwagon, neutral tones are flattering on everyone, are easy to wear, and are easy to coordinate with the rest of your wardrobe. Too wallflower-ish for your taste? Add a pop of color to your otherwise neutral ensemble in the form of some contrasting statement shoes or a patterned clutch!
