Believe it or not…we’ve been waiting for YEEZY’S very first collection to arrive. (the collaboration between Kanye West and Adidas) Not that we love Kanye so much just love what we saw when the line debuted at New York fashion week for AW15. I never thought I’d buy anything from his collection…still haven’t gotten over how he treated Taylor Swift a few years back. I’ve gotta say…the collection is totally amazing (if you like cool sweats) featuring distressed knitwear, athletic wear, crop tops, high-top trainers and “the military-inspired ready-to-wear collection is destined for cult status”. Not sure I would ever fit (or want to) into the “cult status” phenomena for YEEZY. However, the clothes are in neutrals that are my favorite, and they’re extremely easy to wear. They’re perfect everyday staples. If I’m not in jeans, I’m wearing sweats, so this grouping of Yeezy’s is perfect for me. The tops….so versatile can be worn with ribbed stretch jersey leggings (Yeezy’s, of course) leather leggings or jeans. I must admit…I purchased the khaki-brown raw edge sweatshirt. I’m impressed with this super-luxe athletic line (the clothes are priced #kanyestyle) and didn’t think I’d be. I always love Kanye West and Adidas. The combination of those two just great, also the leggings and sweatshirt are awesome.
